Skagit Chess reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any public event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Skagit Chess may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by Skagit Chess including but not limited to: websites, social media, etc.
To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.
If you do not want us to use a photo/video of you or your child, please tell the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact Skagit Chess by submitting the Photo/Video Removal Request form below.
If you see a photo/video of yourself or a family member that you wish not to be used by Skagit Chess please notify Skagit Chess by submitting the Photo/Video Removal Request form below. Skagit Chess will take reasonable steps to remove and dispose of the photograph/video. Skagit Chess may not be able to remove the photograph from printed media or other existing media where the photograph/video may have been used, but it will refrain from using the photograph/video in its future media.
Any person or organization not affiliated with Skagit Chess may not use, copy, alter or modify Skagit Chess photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Skagit Chess.
